The Valley

Psalm 23:4,”Yea, though I walk though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for you are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.”
Have you found yourself wondering in the valley of despair? You wonder through the valley with no one in sight to rescue, but when you called on the Name of Jesus. He will send someone to rescue you, to guide you and to direct your path, so you could get out of that valley.
Are you lost and in need to find rest with restoration? To make it short and simple, you just lost your way. We all have experienced the valley of the shadow of death that can be distressing times, sickness, trials and hardships in our lives. But the Lord, who protects us, can lead us through the dark and difficult valleys to eternal life with Him.  There is no need to fear according to 1 Cor 15:25-27.  You are with the Good Shepherd who is always with us even in difficult situations.  It is His rod and His staff that will rescue, protect, and guide the sheep. The Shepherd is over the sheep to guide them into safety just like the Lord protects us.
Just remember that the Lord is always there to protect His children.  He does not leave us, we forget to call on Him.  Just a word of wisdom today, so do not forget to call on Him when you are going through trials and disappointments.  Enjoy the blessings of the Lord.  Annie Dennis Eskridge, website:http://www.ruthplace.com and email: areskridge@sbcglobal.net
